Kasador Tell Of Skeleton Park
New single and video from Canadian indie band Kasador.
Busy working on a debut album, Kasador release a new song and one that is taken from their current EP, ‘Come Get Yer Money’. The track ‘Skeleton Park’ contains its own story, and one that seemingly came out of nowhere as the band suggest in relation to this latest release:
“Skeleton Park came together unexpectedly while in the studio last summer. We had finished recording everything we had written at the time, and had 3 days left to put the finishing touches on the songs. We started fooling around with a chord progression and some melodies, and became obsessed with this dark lyrical idea we had which ended up dictating the instrumentation and tones used on the recording. The song itself came together very naturally, and was a real departure from what we’ve done in the past as a group – it is the first time Nick Babcock (keys/vox) has taken lead vocals on a Kasador song.”
With ‘Skeleton Park’ reflecting the hardwork and the obssession this can breed in order to bring your ideas to fruition, the final results can be seen and heard via Kasador’s accompanying video.
